OUR APPROACH
Vaughan Bentley, President of Bentley Corporate Dynamics Inc., continues to develop the range of consulting services that his firm offers organizations facing the human challenges of the 21st century. (See About Us)
"Client firms are best served by highly experienced consultants such as ours who can work in diverse settings; go quickly beyond
symptoms to their root causes; and just as quickly identify practical solutions to these problems. Once we have the basic information
about a workplace, we move rapidly to develop reasonable approaches to solving even major problems. Managers need solutions
now – not tomorrow! "
"Our approach is to present a team that responds to a broad range of complex challenges in ways that are
effective, ethical and fully professional. Members of the team are top professionals in the fields of human resources, engineering,
economic development, equity and human rights. They have all worked as senior managers and, as such, have faced and overcome
the same kinds of challenges that their clients are dealing with now."
Most BCDI consultants work in both English and French.
